The agency works across brand, digital, print, campaigns, web, motion and interactive experiences, so they are looking for someone who can bring strong ideas, sharp craft and a hands‑on approach across a broad mix of creative work.

You might be working on a brand identity one day, designing digital assets the next, preparing artwork for print, building out social campaign visuals, supporting website design or creating simple motion pieces. Responsibilities
  • Designing across brand, digital, web, print, social, campaign and motion projects
  • Supporting the creative team in developing concepts and turning briefs into strong visual ideas
  • Creating brand assets, pitch decks, campaign visuals, social content, website layouts, marketing collateral and print materials
  • Preparing finished artwork and production ready files for both digital and print use
  • Creating simple motion graphics, animations or interactive content where needed
  • Working closely with strategists, account managers, developers and other members of the creative team
  • Contributing ideas in brainstorms, workshops and project kick‑off sessions
  • Helping maintain brand consistency across client projects
  • Keeping an eye on new design tools, creative technology and ways to improve the work
Qualifications
  • Around 2 to 5 years' experience in a creative agency, design studio or in‑house creative team
  • A strong portfolio showing work across brand, digital and print design
  • Confident skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience designing for websites, landing pages or digital experiences
  • A good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, brand systems and visual storytelling
  • Some motion design experience, ideally using After Effects or a similar tool
  • A proactive, curious and positive attitude
  • An interest in emerging creative technology, AI tools and interactive work
Nice to have
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience across events, exhibitions, environmental graphics or experiential design
  • Illustration, 3D or video editing skills
