A fast growing, creative team with a global client base is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to lead campaigns and bring their client strategies to life. You will be working across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, collaborating closely with creators, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
What the role involves:
- Managing paid social campaigns from start to finish, building, testing, optimising, and reporting.
- Working closely with content creators and designers to brief, script, and edit short form video and UGC content.
- Creating and implementing full-funnel social strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and measurable ROI.
- Overseeing day-to-day channel management, budgets, audiences, and campaign performance.
- Delivering performance reports and recommendations to clients with clear, actionable insights.
- Staying on top of trends and identifying opportunities for creative, high-impact campaigns.
What we need you to bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally working across client accounts.
- Proven success running multiple campaigns across platforms simultaneously.
- Experience in UGC, short-form video, and content driven paid campaigns.
- Solid track record of optimising ads for conversions, ROAS, CTR, and engagement.
- Comfortable working independently, managing client relationships, and driving projects forward.
- Knowledge of key tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CapCut, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics.
- Ideally experience working agency-side and with clients in Wellbeing, eCommerce, Tech, HR, Marketing, Consulting, Luxury, FMCG or similar sectors.
