Part-time 4 days per week Hybrid London working, 12 month FTC.
We are working with a small, established London based creative consultancy that is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team on a 4-day-per-week basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the day-to-day numbers and likes working in a business where finance is genuinely valued.
You will be looking after the core finance function, keeping everything running smoothly, and giving the leadership team clear, useful information to help them make good decisions. The role is hybrid, with time split between home and the London office.
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance activity across the business. That means keeping on top of cash flow, invoicing, reporting, payments and the general financial rhythm of the company. It would suit someone who is confident working independently, happy rolling their sleeves up, and comfortable being the go-to person for finance in a small business environment.
Your role will involve:
- Managing day-to-day finance operations
- Keeping a close eye on cash flow and upcoming payments
- Raising and managing client invoices
- Chasing outstanding payments in a friendly, professional way
- Preparing regular finance reports for the leadership team
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
