We are working with a growing Fire & Security provider delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial and enterprise clients. They are looking to appoint a Senior Service Coordinator to support the delivery of a structured, high-performing service function, working across reactive maintenance, PPM, and remedial works.
This role would suit someone coming from a process driven, SLA focused environment, now looking for more ownership and progression.
The role
You will play a key role in coordinating service delivery across multiple contracts, ensuring engineers are effectively scheduled and service levels are consistently achieved. Working within a structured service environment, you will manage workloads, support performance, and ensure jobs are completed in line with KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements. You will also have the opportunity to support junior team members and step into a more senior position over time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate PPM schedules, reactive callouts, and follow-on remedial works
- Manage engineer diaries across multi-site and national contracts
- Ensure all jobs are delivered in line with SLA/KPI targets
- Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP) and job completion
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues
- Maintain accurate records within service management systems
- Support compliance processes and service documentation
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders daily
We need you to have
- Background within a structured Fire & Security or Facilities Management environment
- Experience working with: Service level agreements (SLAs), Planned preventative maintenance (PPM), Reactive service delivery
- Experience coordinating engineers across multiple contracts or regions
- Strong understanding of compliance-driven environments (e.g. NSI, ISO, audit processes)
- Experience using service management systems (Simpro or similar preferred)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working within process-led, high-volume environments
