They are expanding due to continued demand for their services and are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a mix of technical, creative and ecommerce-focused projects from discovery through to launch. You will be working on a variety of ecommerce initiatives including Shopify builds, Adobe Commerce / Magento upgrades, replatforming projects, integrations and ongoing optimisation work. No two projects are the same, and you will be working closely with developers, designers, QA teams, ecommerce specialists and client stakeholders to bring them to life.

The environment is collaborative, delivery focused and forward thinking, with plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes and take ownership of projects from end to end.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading ecommerce and digital projects from discovery and scoping through to delivery and go-live
  • Running project kick-offs, discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions
  • Managing ecommerce replatforming projects, Shopify builds, Adobe Commerce / Magento upgrades and integrations
  • Building and maintaining project plans, timelines, trackers and delivery documentation
  • Coordinating internal teams across development, design, QA and ecommerce
  • Managing client communication, status reporting, budgets and delivery expectations
  • Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, blockers and delivery issues
  • Resource planning across multiple concurrent projects
  • Working closely with technical teams around integrations, platform upgrades and delivery challenges
  • Supporting continuous improvement across delivery processes and team workflows

We need you to have:

  • Previous experience delivering ecommerce or digital projects within an agency or fast-paced client environment
  • Strong experience managing client projects, budgets and reporting
  • Hands-on ecommerce project delivery experience across Shopify, Shopify Plus and/or Adobe Commerce / Magento environments
  • Experience delivering ecommerce replatforming, migration or upgrade projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar project delivery tools
  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum / Kanban / hybrid environments)
  • Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Agency experience preferred, but not essential

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Experience coordinating integrations, ERP or middleware projects
  • Prince2, AgilePM or Scrum certifications
  • Exposure to CRO, UX or ecommerce optimisation initiatives

What this opportunity offers:

  • Opportunity to work on exciting ecommerce transformation projects
  • Exposure to well-known ecommerce platforms and modern delivery practices
  • Varied project work across technical, creative and digital delivery
  • Collaborative and supportive agency culture
  • Chance to genuinely influence delivery processes and ways of working
  • Strong pipeline of upcoming ecommerce projects and continued business growth
