We are looking for a talented Senior or Lead Developer ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands on technical role with leadership responsibility, perfect for someone who enjoys guiding others while remaining deeply involved in creating high quality, user focused digital products.

As the senior figure within the development team, you will lead by example, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding, architecture, and performance. You will play a major role in shaping the department’s technical direction, with the longer term goal of stepping into a Development Manager position.

Your role will involve :

• Building, maintaining, and enhancing modern, responsive websites and applications.
• Leading technical delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality and performance at every stage.
• Developing secure, scalable back-end systems using technologies such as PHP or Node.js.
• Creating efficient, maintainable front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Angular).
• Reviewing code, sharing knowledge, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
