Smile Digital are pleased to be working with a growing e-commerce agency, looking to bring in an experienced E-Commerce Manager.

As an E-Commerce Manager, it will be your responsibility to increase online presence and drive sales for both the company and their clients. You will use your ability to lead on projects and your skillset with platforms such as Magento, to play a key role in the company's growth. You will be joining a specialist agency, that are super passionate about culture and progression, with an environment where you can enjoy plenty of variety.

What you'll do as an E-Commerce Manager:

  • Come up with and put in place strategies to boost online sales and improve the customer experience
  • Handle the day-to-day operations of client e-commerce platforms, making sure everything runs smoothly and keeps users engaged
  • Keep an eye on market trends and customer behaviour to spot opportunities for growth
  • Manage projects like website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with wider teams to make sure everything runs smoothly with e-commerce projects
  • Build and lead a strong e-commerce team to hit client goals
  • Track KPIs and create reports to see how well the e-commerce strategies are working
