Here at Smile Dental Care, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly expanding team on a Full Time basis in our Practice in Hanway Portsmouth. Smile Dental Care is a privately-owned family-run company set up by an Associate Dentist in 1993, who has a passion to provide a positive working culture throughout the company. We currently have 35 practices running across the UK from Scotland all the way down to Devon & Cornwall, and we also look to open between 3 – 5 new practices every year. Our plan at Smile Dental Care is not to become the largest, but to continue to support and develop our practices and their teams.

The role as a Receptionist includes:

  • Carrying out reception and related administrative duties throughout the practice.
  • Performing tasks as reasonably requested by the Practice Manager or other senior team members.
  • Dealing with patients in a polite and efficient manner and always putting them first.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a courteous telephone manner.
  • Having the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
