Smile Dental Care is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We want a commercially minded, hands‑on marketing leader who understands AI, technology, digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation and conversion — and who is excellent at leading and developing a high-performing team.

THE ROLE

You will take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution, with a clear focus on: New patients → enquiries → online bookings → treatment → revenue.

• Leading, motivating and developing the marketing team
• Setting clear KPIs and holding the team accountable
• Creating a high-performance culture
• Coaching team members and helping them develop their skills
• Delegating effectively while maintaining accountability
• Managing workload, priorities and deadlines
• Recruiting and developing talent as the team grows
• Bringing energy, creativity and structure to the marketing function

We don’t want a manager who simply allocates tasks.

We want a leader who gets the best out of people.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

You must be highly experienced in planning, launching, managing and optimising marketing campaigns.

You Will

• Develop campaign strategies and objectives
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels
• Coordinate creative, content, targeting and landing pages
• Monitor performance throughout the campaign
• Test, learn and optimise
• Track leads, bookings, conversion and revenue
• Report on genuine ROI
• Quickly identify what is and isn’t working
• Scale successful campaigns

You should be able to take a campaign from an idea to execution to measurable commercial results.

AI & Technology — Essential

We are looking for someone who embraces AI and technology as part of everyday marketing. You should already be using AI to work smarter, faster and more effectively.
