Smiggle is seeking a positive and energetic Talent Acquisition Manager to manage recruitment for all Retail, Store Management, and Head Office roles in the UK & ROI. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and experience in developing recruitment strategies, ensuring the best talent is secured.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will also oversee talent planning, develop a seasonal training calendar, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for a seamless candidate experience.
