Smiggle Bromley is recruiting a Supervisor to lead our team in-store, partnering with the Store Manager to maximise performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help drive sales, coach colleagues, and maintain the brand’s playful energy.
You’ll run daily briefings, onboard new team members, develop skills to hit KPIs, and ensure stock control and visual merchandising reflect Smiggle standards, while keeping the customer experience fun.
