You will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise store performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, boost sales, and provide guidance to all team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process for Sales Assistants and Supervisors, including induction.
- Develop team performance through regular coaching and feedback, ensuring personal and team objectives are met.
- Ensure team members provide a genuine and unique experience with every customer.
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve brand KPIs, store and individual sales targets.
- Regularly review and analyse sales opportunities using store and brand reports.
- Drive and support the effective implementation and communication of brand promotions.
- Execute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles while maintaining brand VM standards.
- Support the Store Manager in managing salaries, store rosters and team member leave to maximise productivity.
- Implement and manage loss prevention and conduct stock-take preparation and participation.
