As an Assistant Store Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise store performance whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences, boost sales and provide guidance to all team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; all while playing with the products – approaching every day with an attitude of fun.

Assistant Store Manager Job Role:
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process of Sales Assistants and Supervisors including their induction.
  • Develop team performance through regular coaching and feedback making sure personal and team objectives are being met.
  • Ensure team members provide a genuine and unique experience with every customer.
  • Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve brand KPIs, store and individual sales targets.
  • Regularly review and analyse sales opportunities utilising store and brand reports.
  • Drive and support the effective implementation and communication of brand promotions.
  • Execute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles whilst maintaining the brand VM standards.
  • Support the Store Manager to effectively manage salaries, store rosters and team member leave to maximise productivity.
  • Implement and manage Loss prevention whilst regularly conducting stocktake preparation and participate in stocktake.
