Combine a smile with a giggle and you’ve got Smiggle! We’re looking for a fun-loving, enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at DARWIN. You’ll be the leader of the pack, creating a colourful and energetic store environment that delights kids, parents and everyone in-between. With your passion for fun products and your love for inspiring teams, you’ll be driving sales, coaching your team, and spreading the Smiggle joy every day.
This FULL TIME Management role is flexible to suit your work-life balance with a range of roster options to choose from. Availability is required over 4 weekend days per month.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
