Job Role
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process of Sales Assistants and Supervisors including their induction
- Develop team performance through regular coaching and feedback, making sure personal and team objectives are being met
- Ensure team members provide a genuine and unique experience with every customer
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve brand KPIs, store and individual sales targets
- Regularly review and analyse sales opportunities utilising store and brand reports
- Drive and support the effective implementation and communication of brand promotions
- Execute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles whilst maintaining the brand VM standards
- Support the Store Manager to effectively manage salaries, store rosters and team member leave to maximise productivity
- Implement and manage Loss prevention whilst regularly conducting stocktake preparation and participate in stocktake
