Join us at our Ealing Smiggle Store as an Assistant Store Manager! As an Assistant Store Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise store performance whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences, boost sales and provide guidance to all team members in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment; all while playing with the products – approaching every day with an attitude of fun!
Assistant Store Manager Job Role
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process of Sales Assistants and Supervisors including their induction.
- Develop team performance through regular coaching and feedback making sure personal and team objectives are being met.
- Ensure team members provide a genuine and unique experience with every customer.
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve brand KPIs, store and individual sales targets.
- Regularly review and analyse sales opportunities utilising store and brand reports.
- Drive and support the effective implementation and communication of brand promotions.
- Execute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles whilst maintaining the brand VM standards.
- Support the Store Manager to effectively manage salaries, store rosters and team member leave to maximise productivity.
- Implement and manage Loss prevention whilst regularly conducting stocktake preparation and participate in stocktake.
