Smiggle is seeking a Supervisor to work with the Store Manager to maximise store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while keeping the brand's fun spirit alive. You will lead by example, support induction of new Sales Assistants, develop the team and drive product knowledge to hit store targets and KPI's.
You will manage stock accuracy and visual merchandising, and motivate the team through daily briefings and a positive approach.
