Dispatch Operative - Twilight Shift 2pm - 10pm

Are you ready to play a crucial role in our dispatch centre? We\’re seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join us in supporting our dispatch team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

This role will be working our twilight shift – 2pm – 10pm

What will I be doing?

As a Dispatcher with SMI, your duties will include:

• Collate customer orders ready for pick-up and dispatch
• Ensure stock is accurately stored and recorded
• Assist the dispatch teams when needed
• Adopt a “clean as you go” work ethic
• Implement and action all instructions from the Team Leader
• Maintain a safe and uncluttered working environment and adhere to housekeeping best practices
• Use due diligence and initiative to outperform set goals
• Co-operate with management to develop and implement a HSE strategy to achieve an excellent safety record
• Meet set KPIs
