About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Client Executive to join our Deliveroo Media partnership. In this role, you will support the growth and retention of FMCG brand investment across Deliveroo’s advertising ecosystem, building strong client relationships, delivering brilliant campaigns, and helping position Deliveroo Media as a leading retail media owner.

A Little Bit About You
You’ll bring:
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to support revenue growth and contribute to commercial targets.
- Experience building and nurturing relationships with FMCG clients, media agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- A consultative approach to media sales, translating brand objectives into effective advertising solutions.
- A results-focused mindset, with confidence managing pipelines, supporting forecasts, and delivering against KPIs.
- The ability to use data and insight to evaluate campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear client follow-ups, reports, recommendations, and pitch materials.
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with teams across Planning, Insights, Creative, Operations, and Deliveroo stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and curiosity, with an interest in retail media, FMCG trends, and new commercial opportunities.
- Confidence contributing ideas, joining brainstorms, and helping shape innovative media solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Managing day-to-day client relationships with FMCG brands and agency partners.
- Supporting the growth of FMCG brand investment across Deliveroo Media.
- Reaching out to new FMCG partners to secure meetings and open up new commercial opportunities.
- Working with Client Managers and Directors to develop compelling campaign proposals, pitch materials, and post-campaign analysis.
- Liaising with Planning, Insights, Creative, Operations, and Deliveroo teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Using data and insight to support optimisation and show how campaigns are performing against client objectives.
- Building your understanding of Deliveroo Media’s proposition and confidently communicating its value to clients.
- Helping deliver brilliant campaign activations that create value for customers, brands, and Deliveroo.
