Level & Responsibility: this role is at a Manager level or equivalent and will play a key role in enabling the organisation to harness the power of data through impactful visualisations and storytelling. This role might be better known as Insight Developer in other businesses., This role is central to driving business decision-making by designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive dashboards and data solutions. The focus is on aligning data insights with strategic objectives and ensuring the widespread adoption of data visualisation tools among stakeholders., We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. Implement the organisation’s data visualisation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Manage end-to-end visualisation processes, from handling requests to building and deploying solutions.

Create new dashboards and reports while refining and evolving existing visualizations.

Prioritize user adoption and enforce robust data governance practices.

Collaborate across teams to integrate advanced analytics and maintain performance standards.

Microsoft Power BI Certification and expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.

Proficient in SQL, ETL processes, and integrating complex data structures.

Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) and managing large datasets.
User Experience (UX):
- Deep understanding of visualization principles, chart selection, and user-friendly interfaces.
Business Acumen:
- Ability to align data insights with business objectives, ideally with experience in marketing, media, or retail sectors.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide proactive solutions.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical data into accessible insights for diverse audiences
