SMG is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (FTC until March 2027) to join our People Team. This role is focused on finding, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across the UK and US in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality candidate experience. The position also includes building strong talent pipelines and executing recruitment strategies effectively.
