About the role
We are looking for a Senior Media Manager to join our RMX team at SMG. In this role, you'll become the trusted media expert helping agency partners successfully adopt and use RMX to discover, book, buy and manage retail media across multiple retailer partners. You'll work closely with our first BETA agency partner, embedding yourself within their teams, supporting live campaigns, gathering product feedback and helping shape the future of the RMX platform. What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the day-to-day RMX expert and trusted partner within a major BETA agency.
- Onboarding, training and supporting agency users to successfully use the RMX platform.
- Managing campaigns from brief through booking, delivery and measurement.
- Advising agency teams on suitable retail media opportunities across multiple retailer partners.
- Identifying adoption barriers and helping improve user experience.
- Gathering product feedback and translating agency needs into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering and CX teams.
- Becoming an expert in RMX and supporting new feature testing and platform improvements.
- Supporting campaign operations, commercial processes and financial accuracy.
- Helping shape scalable processes, training materials and operating models for the wider rollout of RMX.

- Strong retail media planning, buying and campaign management experience.
- Experience working with agency planning and buying teams.
- Excellent understanding of retail media propositions, formats, audiences and pricing models.
- Confidence advising planners and buyers on the best media opportunities.
- A commercial mindset with strong numerical and financial understanding.
