About the Role
Lead SMG's UK Insight powerhouse - driving innovation, shaping strategy, and turning data into powerful stories that fuel growth across retail media and beyond. We are looking for a Senior Insight Director to lead our UK central insight function. In this role, you will drive best-in-class measurement and deliver actionable insights across our retail media networks and agency, Capture. You'll be at the forefront of turning complex data into strategic, future-facing decisions that create real value for our clients and retail partners. A Little Bit About You
You'll bring:
- Proven leadership in insight, analytics, or strategy. Ideally in a retail, media or marketing background
- Deep knowledge of campaign measurement and translating data into actionable insights
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience building & leading high-performing, scalable teams
- Understanding of data platforms, first party data, test & learn frameworks and econometrics

- Leading a team of 20+ across retail media networks, defining priorities and driving team capability

- Delivering insights that shape smarter investment strategies for clients and partners
- Driving the evolution of plan-apps and insight measurement frameworks across RMNs
- Representing SMG in industry conversations on measurement, standardisation and innovation
- Identifying future measurement trends and translating them into commercial opportunities
