About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Media Executive to join our central SMG media team, working across Boots’ first-party data proposition (A360). This is for a fixed-term contract, lasting for 6-9 months. In this role, you will take ownership of paid social campaigns end to end, activating, optimising, and driving performance through first-party data while collaborating closely with planning, insights, and client teams to deliver measurable impact.

A Little Bit About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in paid social media buying
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lower funnel performance campaigns including CPA, ROAS, and ROI
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics and campaign reporting
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or media environments (preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Owning end to end campaign activation, including setup, pacing, optimisation, and reporting
  • Building and managing paid social campaigns using first-party data
  • Troubleshooting campaigns and implementing tracking, audience pushes, and optimisations
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results
  • Collaborating with planning, insights, and client teams on campaign strategy and execution
  • Supporting campaign reporting, including mid-campaign updates and post-campaign analysis
  • Assisting with campaign planning decisions across audiences, platforms, and ad tech
  • Attending client calls and presenting performance insights where needed
  • Exploring new platforms, partnerships, and innovation opportunities
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and staying up to date with industry trends
