SMG in London is seeking a People Manager to join our People Team on a hybrid basis, with two days in the office.

You’ll be a trusted partner to leaders, managers and employees, providing practical people expertise that enables high-performing teams and a great place to work.

You’ll help develop the SMG Learning Academy, deliver impactful learning programmes, and continually refine processes shaping the employee experience.
