About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Client Executive to join our Asda Media partnership. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end processing and delivery of omni-channel campaigns, making sure briefs and assets are submitted correctly, on time, and in line with ASDA brand guidelines, while keeping key stakeholders aligned and campaigns running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Owning and overseeing campaign delivery across digital, social, core media and feature space for your assigned POD
- Managing omni-channel campaign processing booked by sales, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution
- Guiding FMCG suppliers on portal use, guidelines, deadlines, and brand restrictions
- Approving/rejecting briefs and artwork, ensuring everything meets ASDA requirements
- Coordinating with ASDA Studio and third parties so assets land on time and campaigns go live as planned
- Keeping internal trackers accurate and stakeholders updated (including ASDA brand/studio teams)
- Acting as a process and systems expert, spotting training gaps and proactively upskilling Client Executives in your POD
- Supporting POD performance by protecting booked revenue, raising risks early, and improving processes where possible
