About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst (internally titled Senior Insight Executive) to join our agency partnership with LS Eleven (LS11) based in Leeds. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and ready for analysis, supporting campaign evaluation and client delivery. You will work closely with both Insights and Engineering teams to transform business questions into structured data outputs, enabling impactful, insight-driven decisions.

A Little Bit About You
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to query, join, and manipulate datasets independently
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, including working with DAX
- Confidence handling large datasets and structuring them for analysis
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and gaps
- Clear communication skills, translating business questions into actionable data outputs
- Experience managing stakeholders across Insights and Engineering teams

What You’ll Be Doing
- Writing and running SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from established data models
- Structuring raw data into clean, analysis‑ready datasets
- Combining and transforming data from multiple sources
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to track campaign performance
- Creating and refining key metrics such as ROI and conversion rates using DAX
- Translating business questions into structured datasets and reporting outputs
- Ensuring data outputs directly address stakeholder briefs
- Owning and maintaining evaluation trackers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Identifying missing data or briefing gaps and flagging dependencies
- Acting as the link between Insights and Engineering teams, clearly communicating requirements and escalating issues where needed
