About the Role

We are looking for a Client Executive to join our in-house agency partnership with Asda Media on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll help process, manage and activate omni-channel campaigns that connect FMCG brands with millions of Asda shoppers, owning delivery from briefing and asset collection through to launch, tracking and evaluation, ensuring everything goes live on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace change with energy, this could be your right role.

A Little Bit About You

You’ll bring:

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with confidence managing multiple deadlines
  • Great stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships across internal teams, Asda stakeholders, suppliers, and third parties
  • Clear, professional communication skills (email, phone, video and face-to-face)
  • A proactive, “can do” attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in growing a career in marketing (previous experience is a bonus)

Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Managing the delivery of omni-channel campaigns (print, digital, social, onsite and offsite media) from post-booking through to go-live
  • Gathering and processing campaign inputs: briefs, creative assets, targeting requirements and budgets
  • Using portals and internal systems to set up campaigns, track progress, and keep trackers/dashboards up to date
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders (e.g., Asda Brand Comms, Ecom teams, Studio 368, Content teams) and external partners to hit deadlines
  • Advising on and applying Asda brand guidelines and restrictions across campaign activity
  • Reviewing supplier submissions, approving/rejecting artwork/briefs, and routing assets for checks (pricing, print, publishing)

Our Values: Stay honest. Stay hungry. Stay foolish. Have fun.
