About the role
We are looking for a Client Associate to join our agency partnership with Morrisons, based in Bradford. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace change with energy, this could be the right role for you.
A Little Bit About You
You’ll bring:
- The confidence to think differently, approach challenges from a fresh angle, and question the status quo.
- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes accurately.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and the drive to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns and client service.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working across commercial, creative, and media teams.
- A genuine interest in developing a career within a marketing agency and learning more about retail media.
Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Managing the end-to-end activation of retail media campaigns, from gathering campaign requirements and briefing creative teams to implementation across online and in-store channels.
- Making sure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with agreed objectives.
- Reviewing campaign assets and creative executions to ensure they meet brand, legal, and creative guidelines before launch.
- Monitoring campaign progress, managing timelines proactively, and identifying potential issues before they affect delivery.
- Building positive relationships with clients, adapting your communication style to different audiences, and becoming a trusted partner.
- Working closely with commercial, creative, and media teams to deliver a seamless campaign experience.
