About the Role

We are looking for an Analytics Manager to join our BMG team, working in partnership with Boots on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace change with energy, this could be the right role for you.

A Little Bit About You

You’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in marketing effectiveness and advanced analytics (e.g. forecasting, regression, segmentation, machine learning)
  • Confidence working with customer-level, first-party data at scale
  • The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences and build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A forward-thinking, curious mindset with a drive to innovate and improve measurement approaches
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to juggle multiple complex projects and stakeholder groups
  • Proven people leadership, motivating, developing, and growing high-performing data science teams
  • Understanding of data pipelines/data warehouse environments to partner effectively with data engineering/platform teams
  • Familiarity with digital measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Criteo)

Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Leading, managing and developing a team of Data Scientists, setting priorities and raising the bar on delivery quality
  • Driving new applications of Boots’ Advantage Card first-party data through advanced measurement solutions (e.g. predictive analytics, causal modelling, optimisation)
  • Owning and communicating roadmaps, learning agendas, and innovation plans with senior stakeholders at Boots and BMG, showing how advanced analytics unlocks growth and competitive advantage
  • Overseeing advanced analytics and insight delivery across projects such as campaign effectiveness, omnichannel measurement, and customer-level analysis
  • Acting as a senior analytics partner to clients, leading conversations on objectives, measurement challenges, and insight opportunities
