We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who leads by example, brings great energy to the kitchen and knows how to deliver an amazing service.
You'll be right there with the team - prepping, cooking, running shifts and making sure every bowl goes out perfectly.

Leading busy kitchen shifts and keeping service running smoothly

Managing prep, stock, deliveries and waste

Working closely with the GM and FOH team to deliver a great guest experience
Experience leading shifts in a busy restaurant kitchen

A confident, positive and hands-on leader
Someone who stays calm and organised under pressure
A team player who's happy to jump on any station
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
