To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant for Customer Loyalty Programs (f/m/d), based on a temporary contract.

Operation Site: Milton Keynes, On-Site (once or twice a week)

You will support the administration and further development of various Customer Loyalty Programs of a key SMF customer within the framework of a long-term contract in an international environment. Your activities will include:

  • The administration of the actual Loyalty platform
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • The management of stakeholders and suppliers

You will be involved in the design, specification, testing and acceptance of new modules of the Customer Loyalty Program. The day-to-day work takes place with the marketing teams of the customer of the respective countries. General travel readiness is desired.

Your tasks:

  • You will configure our customer’s Loyalty platform in order to enable Loyalty campaigns as specified by the customer.
  • You will deliver basic reporting / business intelligence based on the existing Loyalty platform and dedicated reporting environment.
  • You will create and manage tickets with the platform-provider to sort out issues and create CRs to enhance the platform.
  • You will communicate to IT-professionals and marketing-people and need to be able to communicate in both contexts.

Your profile:

  • You live in or near Milton Keynes because you are on-site with the customer once or twice a week.
  • You have a completed degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring experience in application development, which can be incorporated into the design of new system components.
  • In particular, you have knowledge in the following areas:
  • Webtechnology / Webservices
  • Databases
  • Interfaces-Design
  • Process-Design
  • MS Office-Products / MS-Projects
  • In addition to your IT qualifications, you are also interested in marketing, especially customer loyalty programs.
  • You can carry out an activity at the interface IT/Marketing in terms of content and communication.
  • You are able to communicate securely in English and optionally in German.
