Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working mechanics with a passion for motorsport to join our technical team. This role involves working in our Upper Heyford workshop during the week and travelling to karting circuits on weekends to support live race events in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and preparation of a fleet of electric race karts
  • Upkeep and management of equipment and hardware used at karting events
  • Diagnosing and repairing karts under time pressure during race weekends
  • Supporting event logistics, including setup, transport, and operations

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong interest in motorsport and mechanical engineering
  • Hands-on mechanical experience (karting, automotive, or similar preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work weekends as part of a team
