With plans to launch 50+ international championships in the next five years, we’re scaling fast and need a Digital Marketing Manager who’s as ambitious as we are. This is your chance to help shape the future of a breakout sport brand with massive global potential. We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, campaign management and digital content strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop bold, high-converting digital strategies to drive ticket sales and event attendance across international markets.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Email, Influencer, PR) that drive real, measurable outcomes.
- Own and elevate our social media presence, with content that gets people talking — and racing.
- Optimise digital funnels for performance, partnering with our sales team to turn leads into loyal fans.
- Track and report KPIs with a sharp eye for insight and constant improvement.
- Use HubSpot to build smart, scalable email automations and track campaign ROI.
- Play a key role in launching new leagues and events — your campaigns will literally bring race days to life.
- 2–3 years in a digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced event, sport, or youth culture brand.
- Proven success running paid campaigns with strong ROAS across Meta, Google and other platforms.
- Fluent in social — you know what performs on TikTok, Insta and beyond, and how to make it happen.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM for email marketing, automation and customer insights.
- You’re data-driven but never dull — you blend creativity with analytics to spark real growth.
