About FAT Karting League:

FAT Karting League is a high-performance motorsport business built around competition, precision, and experience. We deliver organised racing environments where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are critical to success - on and off the track. As a growing organisation, we’re building more than just a karting league. With plans to expand into other areas of motorsport, we’re creating opportunities for people who want to grow with the business and develop their careers as we scale. We’re looking for driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic settings, take pride in high standards, and are motivated by responsibility, progression, and being part of something that’s moving forward.

Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Interim Campaign Manager who can join quickly and make an immediate impact within our marketing team. This is a delivery-focused role, with an immediate priority of supporting the remainder of our 2026 commercial activity and preparation for our 2027 commercial plan. You’ll work closely with our commercial and operational teams to deliver campaigns that support customer acquisition, conversion, occupancy and revenue. We need someone who can get up to speed quickly, take ownership and personally deliver campaigns rather than simply coordinate others. You’ll be comfortable working at pace, managing multiple priorities and making decisions based on performance data and commercial priorities. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining momentum and continuity through a period of transition within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Immediate Commercial Delivery
    • Work closely with commercial and operational teams to understand revenue, occupancy and customer acquisition priorities.
    • Support delivery of the 2027 commercial plan, including start-of-sale, launch and customer acquisition activity.
    • Maintain momentum and continuity through the transition to a new Head of Marketing.
    • Ensure marketing activity remains aligned with wider commercial priorities.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
    • Build clear campaign plans, timelines, budgets and measures of success.
    • Manage campaign assets, creative approvals and production schedules.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time.
    • Personally execute campaign activity where required rather than relying entirely on agencies.
  • Customer Acquisition
    • Execute campaigns designed to attract new participants and increase conversion.
    • Manage and optimise paid media activity directly and alongside agency partners where appropriate.
    • Optimise campaigns against CPA, conversion, occupancy and revenue targets.
    • Deliver lead-generation and conversion activity.
    • Test new channels, offers, audiences and messaging.
    • Act quickly on underperformance and changing commercial priorities.
  • Performance & Optimisation
    • Monitor campaign and commercial performance regularly.
    • Analyse results and identify practical opportunities to improve performance.
    • Use data to make rapid decisions around spend, targeting, messaging and activity.
    • Produce concise performance reporting with clear actions and recommendations.
    • Run post-campaign reviews and apply learnings to future activity.
    • Build a culture of continuous testing and improvement.
  • Project Management
    • Keep multiple campaigns and priorities moving simultaneously.
    • Maintain a clear campaign calendar, owners, dependencies and deadlines.
    • Coordinate internal teams, agencies and creative partners.
    • Ensure stakeholders remain informed and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Customer Insight
    • Develop an understanding of customer behaviour, motivations and barriers to purchase.
    • Use customer insight to improve targeting, messaging and campaign effectiveness.
    • Support customer segmentation and research activity where relevant.
    • Turn insight into practical changes to campaigns and customer communications.
