About FAT Karting League:

FAT Karting League is a high-performance motorsport business built around competition, precision, and experience. We deliver organised racing environments where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are critical to success - on and off the track.

As a growing organisation, we’re building more than just a karting league. With plans to expand into other areas of motorsport, we’re creating opportunities for people who want to grow with the business and develop their careers as we scale. We’re looking for driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic settings, take pride in high standards, and are motivated by responsibility, progression, and being part of something that’s moving forward.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our marketing team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys turning marketing plans into well-executed campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider commercial team, you’ll help deliver campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, coordinate creative and campaign activity, and monitor performance to help us continually improve.

You’ll be responsible for keeping campaigns organised, on track and delivered to a high standard. You’ll work across multiple projects at once, coordinating with internal teams, agencies and creative partners to make sure the right activity happens at the right time. This is not a strategy-setting role. We’re looking for someone who can take an agreed marketing direction and turn it into effective, well-managed campaign activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Delivery
    • Support the Head of Marketing in turning marketing priorities into clear campaign plans.
    • Plan and coordinate campaign activity across paid, owned and earned channels.
    • Manage campaign timelines, activity schedules and deadlines.
    • Coordinate campaign assets, creative development and approvals.
    • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time.
    • Keep campaign activity organised and maintain accurate campaign calendars.
    • Identify potential issues or delays and flag them early.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Help deliver marketing campaigns designed to attract and convert new customers and participants.
    • Coordinate activity across digital channels, CRM, social media and other relevant platforms.
    • Work with agencies and creative partners to brief, manage and deliver campaign assets.
    • Support paid media activity and ensure campaigns are set up and delivered correctly.
    • Assist with lead generation and conversion activity.
    • Support testing of different audiences, messaging, offers and channels.
  • Performance & Optimisation
    • Monitor campaign performance and produce regular updates.
    • Track key campaign metrics and identify areas where performance could be improved.
    • Use campaign data to support recommendations and optimisation.
    • Work with the Head of Marketing and wider team to make changes to underperforming activity.
    • Complete post-campaign reviews and capture key learnings.
    • Help develop a culture of testing and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple campaigns and marketing projects at the same time.
    • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines and task lists.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and creative partners.
    • Keep campaign activity moving and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Provide clear updates on campaign progress, risks and next steps.
  • Customer & Market Insight
    • Develop an understanding of our customers, audiences and their motivations.
    • Use campaign results and customer feedback to help improve messaging and targeting.
    • Support customer research and segmentation activity.
    • Share relevant customer and campaign insights with the wider marketing team.

Qualifications and Experience:

We’re interested in attitude, capability and potential as much as experience. You’ll ideally have:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, campaign management or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting or delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Experience working with paid media, CRM, email or social media campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset and an interest in campaign performance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with agencies, creative partners or other external suppliers is desirable.

You don't need to have worked in motorsport before. We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, takes ownership of their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll thrive if you are...

  • Exceptionally organised
  • Naturally proactive
  • Curious and data-driven
  • Commercially aware
  • Creative but disciplined
  • Calm under pressure
  • Collaborative
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
  • Keen to learn and develop within a growing marketing team

Experience with:

Ideally, you'll have experience using some of the following:

  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • CRM platforms
  • Email marketing / marketing automation
  • Project management tools such as Monday, Asana, ClickUp or similar
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Reporting dashboards

You don't need experience with every tool listed. We're interested in your overall marketing capability and your ability to learn quickly.

What you'll bring:

We're looking for someone who combines:

  • The organisation of a project manager
  • The creativity of a marketer
  • The curiosity of an analyst
  • The pace of a start-up operator
  • The willingness to get stuck in and make things happen

You’ll be joining a fast-moving marketing team where you'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of campaigns and see the impact of your work directly. This is a great opportunity for a Campaign Manager who wants to build their experience, work closely with senior marketing and commercial stakeholders, and play a hands-on role in delivering campaigns for a growing motorsport business.

Benefits (available after successful probation):

  • Pension scheme with salary sacrifice option
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata)
  • Childcare support via salary sacrifice
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Free GP service
