Customer Services Assistants (Casual Worker)
Rate of pay: £10.85 per hour, or NLW (£12.71 per hour), if applicable (aged 21 and over).
We currently have need of additional Casual Workers to join our fast-paced and friendly front-of-house team. As a Customer Services Assistants (CSA), you will be a key point of contact for our customers, anticipating and responding to their needs to ensure every visit to our venue is memorable. The responsibilities of our CSA’s vary, predominantly selling and serving food and drink in the bar, and sometimes helping kiosk and front of house assistance in the cinema areas. Occasionally there may be shifts available helping with the running of our conferences, events and festivals.
Please note that we operate Monday-Sunday, so we offer shifts on weekends and evenings subject to business requirements. You would only be required to work shifts that you choose from a rota.
Experience would be useful, but full training will be given, so if you are friendly, hard-working, flexible and have a helpful can-do attitude we’d love to hear from you.
Please note that to cover the full range of responsibilities in the role, the sale of alcohol will be involved, so applicants would need to be aged 18 and over.

Showroom Work Station is an independent cinema located in a converted 1930’s art deco building. The venue is home to a four-screen cinema, creative industries business centre, event space, and café bar, in the heart of Sheffield city centre.
