The Security and Fire Alarm Service Engineer (SAFASE) is a key role for our business and the Security and Fire Services Team. The SAFASE is responsible for the provision of safe compliant installation and maintenance of our clients' Security and Fire Alarms. Throughout all service interactions, excellent customer service and compliant technical advice must be provided. We seek to ensure system servicing is fit for purpose and in support of customer and compliance requirements. All aspects of administration to support smooth operations must be demonstrated and all behaviours in support of our values must be evident throughout your employment.

To ensure sites are compliant, you will be conversant with NSI PD6662 for Intruder Alarms, NCP 104 & BS EN 62676 for CCTV, and NCP 109 for Access Control. You will also have experience of multiple communications protocols utilising LAN / WAN and POE. Have used servers and networking with some knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (2003, 2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10). Experience with a variety of switches and routers, wireless extenders, some experience with SQL, XML, MS Office would be a huge bonus along with experience on integrated systems, and client/server access control systems and conversant with IP/Analogue and digital systems with the below scopes of works.
CCTV and Public Address Systems: Hikvision, Bosch, Pelco, Analytics Systems, Axis, Milestone, Honeywell, Samsung, Toa, External Detection sensors including Redwall, GJD and Pulnix Beams.
Access Control: Salto, Paxton, TDSI, Honeywell Win-Pak
Intruder Alarm Systems: Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom, Pyronix’s, Risco, Menvier, Scantronic.
Fire Alarm and Nurse Call Systems.
