Task Description:
We are hiring a Creative AI Data Trainer to support the development of high-quality Natural Language Planning Demonstrations. This role involves crafting natural-sounding user prompts that align with structured constraint metadata in domains like trip planning, employee scheduling, and meal planning. These demonstrations help train AI models to reason through complex planning tasks using natural language.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy blending storytelling with logic and structure, and who are comfortable reading and interpreting JSON data.
Key Responsibilities
- Write realistic and contextually rich natural language prompts based on provided JSON metadata.
- Accurately incorporate all required constraints (e.g., cost limits, time windows, dietary restrictions) into the prompt narrative.
- Ensure that every primitive and constraint from the metadata is reflected clearly and naturally in the prompt.
- Vary tone, scenario, and style across items to maintain diversity and realism.
- Analyze structured metadata to understand relationships, dependencies, and logical boundaries.
- Collaborate with QA reviewers and adjust prompts based on feedback.
- Report metadata issues such as contradictions or logical gaps when necessary.
Requirements
- Educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics Linguistics or any other relevant field will get preference.
- Native-level fluency in English, with excellent grammar and writing clarity.
- Proven ability to write structured, natural-sounding prompts or dialogues.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting JSON or similar structured formats.
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail when aligning metadata with text.
- Prior experience in creative writing, prompt engineering, content creation, or linguistic annotation is preferred.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain consistency across tasks.
- Experience working on AI training data is a plus.
