We are searching for someone who is great at communicating with clients, uses their initiative and is able to adapt to a fast-paced environment for this administrative role.
A fantastic opportunity for someone motivated and well organised to join our team. SME Solicitors focuses on providing the best legal advice and service, ensuring we truly care for and know our clients. The right candidate for this role will have a flexible and forward-thinking approach.
Key information- 30 hours a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am – 5pm.
- Permanent part-time role.
- You would be working in person at our offices on Sansome Walk, Worcester.
- Morning and evening post, including taking post to the Post Office.
- Other deliveries to the Court, other law firms and other locations as required.
- Answering the phone/ meet and greet clients when primary receptionist is engaged, efficiently dealing with and distributing general enquiries.
- Keeping interview rooms and kitchen tidy and stocked up as necessary.
- Turn enquiries into leads and pass to appropriate department and send out relevant correspondence.
- Purchasing items from local shops as needed.
- Photocopying, scanning of documents and post on behalf of fee earners.
- Scanning in and storage of new Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Collecting deeds and Wills twice daily.
- Deal with internal and external document requests and delivering them to colleagues.
- Ensuring all document databases are kept up to date.
- Continue with deeds project and document audit.
- Any other tasks that may be reasonably required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be flexible, willing and able to use initiative.
