The Digital Marketing Apprentice will play an important role in developing SME LOCAL CIC's digital presence and supporting the organisation to communicate effectively with local businesses, partners, learners, communities and other stakeholders.
What You'll Do
The Digital Marketing Apprentice will support the development and delivery of SME LOCAL CIC's digital marketing and communications activity. The apprentice will gain practical experience across:
- Digital marketing strategy
- Social media.
- Content creation.
- Website management.
- Search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Email marketing.
- Digital campaigns.
- Audience research.
- Digital analytics.
- Marketing reporting.
- Events and project promotion.
- Digital communications.
As the apprentice develops, they will take increasing responsibility for planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluating digital marketing activity. The role will provide opportunities to develop the knowledge, skills and professional behaviours required of a Digital Marketer while building a professional portfolio of workplace experience and evidence for the apprenticeship.
Training Outcome
As a community interest company, we participate in various community events and there will be an expectation for attendance at some but not all of these. In addition, client management is a key element of our business and therefore it is expected individuals will be able to attend external meetings/events/gatherings with clients.

- Essential - GCSE - relevant subjects - A-C including Maths & English
- Essential - A Level - relevant subjects - BBC worth 104 UCAS points
