Project Support graduate

In business, a project is generally where a piece of work is completed for a customer. A lot of organisation goes into managing these projects and making them a success. You’ll play a key part in this. There will be loads of things to organise, plenty of administration work, documents to create and file, and lots of different people to speak with. The business offers services related to the development, construction, installation, and operation of plants that use a naturally-occurring biological process to create natural energy, and eco-friendly fuel. There is also a focus on biodiversity, with the presence of wildlife being actively promoted. As a graduate it’s probably unlikely that you will have much related experience, but that’s ok as training is provided. The most important thing is that you are able to think logically about problems, come up with solutions, and be good at organising things. There are great long-term prospects: you could eventually move into a Project Management role, or something related to engineering, commercial, or operations. There is some flexibility on degree type, but something Engineering, Construction, or Biology related would be ideal. And if you also have some experience with projects that would be even better. The site is in a fairly rural location, so you’ll need your own transport and to live in (or very near to) Oxfordshire
