Sales is one of the few careers where your earnings directly reflect your effort. If you put in the work, you'll see the rewards.

Alongside a base salary of £25-30k, you'll earn bonuses for each deal you close. The average bonus is £6,500 and you'll typically secure three or four deals a month. Commission is uncapped, so there's no limit to how much you can earn. The top performer achieved a £400k bonus in a year.

You’ll also receive expert training and all the tech you need to succeed. There's a strategic element too, giving you the chance to shape your approach and become an expert in various industries. You'll learn how to identify key decision-makers and engage with them through multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.

While there's plenty of opportunity to make money, it won't always be smooth sailing. There will be knockbacks, so you'll need drive, resilience, and bouncebackability. If you're ambitious and determined, this environment will push you to reach your full potential.

What you'll do

You’ll connect expert consultants with potential clients, enabling them to close deals around 80% of the time. Your research and outreach will help businesses improve in various areas, including preventing financial crime. You’ll develop a deep understanding of these sectors, which will enhance your credibility and effectiveness.

What you’ll need

  • A degree, preferably in Business, though there's some flexibility
  • Some sales experience would be beneficial
  • Comfortable in a high-performance environment with plenty of banter

You should be based within 50 miles of Stoke, as the position requires regular office presence.
