This is a remote, hourly-paid contractor role where you will review AI-generated responses and/or generate high-quality creative content, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving. You’ll create model CoTs to train an LLM to analyze image prompts more effectively. SME Careers is a fast-growing AI Data Services company and a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, providing AI training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation-model AI labs. Your work directly helps improve the world’s premier AI models by bringing strong creative judgment and rigorous evaluation to every task.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
- Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
- Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, Creative Writing, or a closely related field; OR 2+ years of professional/practical artistic experience (e.g., photographer, graphic designer, UX designer).
- Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and reading).
- Prior LLM training experience preferred (at least 6 months or one well-defined project).
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong critical judgment and consistency across large batches of work.
- Comfortable following nuanced rubrics, providing precise feedback, and working independently as a remote contractor.
- Writing experience (e.g., copywriting/editorial) is a plus.
