As our business continues to grow, we’re creating a brand-new Quality Manager role.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to shape the future of quality within our organisation.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply maintain existing processes.

We’re looking for someone who will bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo and work alongside our leadership team to embed a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility.

You’ll have the visibility, autonomy and influence to drive meaningful improvements that will have a lasting impact on our products, our people, and our customers.

Reporting to our Head of Operations, you’ll lead operational quality across the business, ensuring our products consistently meet the high standards our customers expect while driving continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing operations.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading quality across our manufacturing operations.
  • Driving product conformity through effective inspection and quality control.
  • Investigating quality issues and implementing robust corrective actions.
  • Analysing quality performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Working collaboratively with Production, Design, and Purchasing to improve processes and reduce defects.
  • Supporting our ISO9001 Quality Management System.
  • Providing quality insight and performance reporting to the senior leadership team.

You’ll be an experienced quality professional from a manufacturing or engineering environment, confident making decisions, solving problems, and influencing colleagues at every level of the business.

You’ll combine technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and have the credibility to challenge, coach, and support others in achieving the highest standards of quality.
