About the Role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Communications Executive to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging content, delivering impactful campaigns, and supporting brand development across multiple communication channels.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and communications activities that strengthen our brand, increase customer engagement, and support business objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, ways of identifying efficiencies, have the ability of working to deadlines and a passion for creating compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create, edit and proofread marketing content including website copy, email campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, editorials, case studies and other promotional materials.
- Create, schedule and report on email campaigns, along with automation tools
- Support with exhibitions and events during the planning, implementation (build & event days) and review
- Lead social media creative content, promotional calendars and audience engagement activities.
- Create, manage and update website content to ensure information is accurate, relevant and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain the company Intranet
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with sales, product, customer service and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Ensure all communications and marketing materials adhere to company branding and corporate guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing abilities.
- Fantastic organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, creative and positive approach to work.
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience with CRM, email marketing and content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Graphic design or video editing experience.
