The Leicestershire College is seeking an experienced and highly organised People Advisor to join our dedicated HR team. This key role requires strong administrative expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, delivering accuracy and efficiency across a wide range of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employment contracts and changes.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment administration, including compliance checks and onboarding activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and supporting processes such as flexible working requests.
  • Support absence management and wellbeing initiatives, including the administration of occupational health referrals.
