We’re looking for an experienced and flexible Engineering Trainer Assessor to join our apprenticeship team to support the growth of our Engineering Apprenticeship provision. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Trainer Assessor or someone wishing to leave industry, to work on a full‑time contract to carry out Training and Assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in both college and the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Carry out training and assessment duties for apprentices and their employers across college and workplace settings.
- Support apprentices to successfully complete their apprenticeship programmes across a variety of Engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Competency in the subject area.
- Appropriate Assessor qualification (e.g., D32/D33/A1/TAQA) or willingness to work towards one.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in the subject area.
- Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
