We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Public Services to join our team at Loughborough College Group. Loughborough College Group Public Services is a successful curriculum team with over 250 learners, offering a wide range of BTEC provision from Level 1 up to Level 3.
Responsibilities
- Teach within the Public Services provision, delivering inspiring, high‑quality, challenging learning experiences that support all students’ success.
- Support mandatory residential trips and contribute to the planning and facilitation of these activities.
- Monitor student progress to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and embrace innovative modes of delivery within this growing area.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Considerable knowledge of the public services area.
- Extensive teaching and vocational experience in further education.
- Team ethos and an excellent outlook regarding teaching and learning.
