Role Summary
We’re looking for a Vice President to join our team in Securities Operations. The primary focus of the role includes:
- Overseeing daily settlement of securities trades across multiple asset classes, including equities, bonds, REPO transactions and Collateral Management (specifically REPO TRIPARTY).
- Managing and ensuring that BAU and other daily team tasks are completed accurately and on time. Monitoring progress and taking corrective action if needed. Escalating issues and challenges, reporting routinely and updating management promptly.
- Playing a key role in contributing to the delivery of team objectives and ensuring work is completed within the deadlines, to the expected standard and in accordance with operational procedures.
- Linking Ops initiatives (e.g., T 1 readiness, triparty optimisation) to EMEA Securities strategy, setting forward-looking objectives, and anticipating regulatory/market changes.
- Consulting impacted teams and being a visible change champion across Securities, Operations and the wider group.
